Full Public Disclosure of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report Prior to Approval
In accordance with the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management for the Completion of Construction Projects (State Council Order No. 682) and the Ministry of Environmental Protection’s Announcement on the Issuance of the Interim Measures for the Environmental Protection Acceptance upon Completion of Construction Projects (Document No. [2017]4 of the National Environmental Protection Administration), the acceptance publicity for the completion environmental protection acceptance monitoring report of the expansion project of Jiangsu Ruiyang Antai New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.—which involves an annual production capacity of 50,000 tonnes of STP resin and 20,000 tonnes of epoxy resin emulsion, as well as the first phase of the automation upgrade project for 10,000 tonnes of specialty coatings and 5,000 tonnes of textile auxiliaries—is hereby announced.
Draft Environmental Impact Assessment for the Expansion Project of Jiangsu Ruiyang Antai New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., with an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons of novel silane-modified polyethers and 3,000 tons of specialty silanes
Project Scope: The project will occupy approximately 50 mu of land and include the construction of a new control room, power room, Class A workshop, Class C workshop, Class A warehouse, and Class C warehouse. Upon completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of 20,000 tonnes of next-generation silane-terminated polyether polymers (TUPS), 10,000 tonnes of high-activity silane-terminated polyether polymers (α-resin), 7,000 tonnes of silane-terminated siloxane polymers, and 3,000 tonnes of silane-modified acrylic polymers.
Project scope: annual production of 1,191 tonnes of chloropropyltrimethoxysilane for internal use, 3,000 tonnes of mercapto silanes, 3,000 tonnes of next-generation silane-terminated polyether polymers, and 3,000 tonnes of mercapto silane-terminated polyether polymers; associated utility and ancillary facilities will be supported by the existing infrastructure.
