In accordance with the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management for the Completion of Construction Projects (State Council Order No. 682) and the Announcement of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment on the Issuance of the Interim Measures for the Environmental Protection Acceptance upon Completion of Construction Projects (Document No. [2017]4 of the National Environmental Protection Regulations and Environmental Impact Assessment Division), the following is the public notice of the acceptance monitoring report for the environmental protection acceptance upon completion of the expansion project of Jiangsu Ruiyang Antai New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., which involves an annual production capacity of 50,000 tonnes of STP resin and 20,000 tonnes of epoxy resin emulsion, as well as the first phase of the automation upgrade project for 10,000 tonnes of specialty coatings and 5,000 tonnes of textile auxiliaries:

Project Name: Expansion Project for Annual Production of 50,000 tons of STP Resin and 20,000 tons of Epoxy Resin Emulsion, as well as Automation Upgrade Project for 10,000 tons of Specialty Coatings and 5,000 tons of Textile Auxiliaries

Construction Site: No. 9, Zhangzhi Road, Chemical Industry Zone, Huai’an Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province

Construction Entity: Jiangsu Ruiyang Antai New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.

Project scope: Procurement of 115 units of equipment, including reaction vessels, batching tanks, and vacuum tanks; renovation of two factory buildings totaling 8,745 square meters. Upon completion and commissioning, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of STP resin and 20,000 tons of epoxy resin emulsion. In addition, the existing production facilities—capable of producing 10,000 tons per year of specialty coatings and 5,000 tons per year of textile auxiliaries—will undergo automated upgrades.

Public notice: The Completion Environmental Protection Acceptance Monitoring Report and the Acceptance Opinion are detailed in the attached document;
