The new generation of silane treatment agents, phosphorus free and environmentally friendly conversion processes, can form nanoscale films on metal surfaces, enhance coating adhesion and corrosion resistance, and treat steel, zinc, aluminum and their alloy materials. The advantages of silane treatment agents are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
Firstly, compared to previous phosphating treatments, using silane treatment agents is more energy-efficient. Both kinetic and thermal energy can save a lot of resources. In this regard, metal treatment of less than one thousand square meters can save about 60 yuan.
Secondly, environmental protection is a product of new technologies, so in wastewater treatment and residue treatment, silane treatment agents basically do not require slag removal equipment. Relatively speaking, treating wastewater can save resources. Of course, another important point is that the price of this medication is not very expensive. That is to say, although this is also a new research achievement, its price is not high.
Thirdly, the ultra-thin organic film formed by silane treatment agent can replace traditional phosphating film. The weight of phosphating film is usually 2-3g/㎡, while the weight of OXSILAN coating film is only 0.1 g/㎡, with a difference of about 20 times.
Fourthly, the strong intermolecular binding force of Si-O-Me covalent bonds makes the product stable and can improve its anti-corrosion ability.
Fifth, the silane treatment agent is easy to use and control. The tank solution is prepared from a two-component liquid, and only the pH value and conductivity need to be adjusted. Like phosphating solution, many parameters need to be controlled, including glass acid, total acid, promoter, zinc, nickel, manganese content, temperature, etc.
Sixth, energy can be saved by operating at room temperature or low temperature to reduce energy costs.
Seventh, it has good environmental performance, no harmful heavy metals, no slag, low wastewater discharge, easy treatment, and can be closed and recycled by installing filters and ion exchangers.
Eighth, Applicability: Suitable for immersion, spraying and other treatments.
Ninth, multi metal processing technology: Cold rolled sheet, hot-dip galvanized sheet, electroplated galvanized sheet, coated sheet, aluminum and other sheet materials can be mixed for processing.
Tenth, the process is simple, the process is short, the comprehensive cost is low, the product consumption is low, and the cost of treating the three wastes is low. Silane treatment agents are compatible with existing coating processes and equipment, and do not require equipment modification. Simply replace the organic silicon treatment agent and it can be put into production.
